With today's increasing costs for fertilizer and pesticides, an economical alternative is needed. This alternative cannot rely on foreign manufacturers or chemicals. However, the majority of chemical fertilizers and pesticides do just that increasing costs on the farmer and rancher. This is unacceptable. Even locally made products outsource the majority of their operation increasing their costs and making them subject to world economic troubles. U.S. Soil is one united operation from the mine to the truck.

U.S. Soil does not formulate Planters II and then have another company produce the product. We own our mine, and it is a resource that has the potential to last. It is a serious operation able to keep up with the increasing demands and needs of the agricultural community. It is an operation that is here to stay.

We own our own processing center. That means we do not have to have someone else ship and market our product increasing your costs. We have the capabilities to produce 200 tons per shift and that production capability can only grow. Why go with a product that isn't even processed by the same company that mines it? Why go with a product that is just another product someone else manufactures, and most importantly why go with a product that is manufactured outside the United States? While we fully support global business and exports, it is important to keep one operation that isn't outsourced. For our product, this is the most economical solution.
